Rowenna graduates this summer from Winchester School of Arts as a Textile Designer, specialising in print with a focus on interior design. Rowenna gains inspiration for her designs from textures, colours, patterns, and images of items that interest her. This can be from a wide variety of sources, from culture, nature, architecture and even military aircraft design.

Rowenna uses a variety of techniques to reach her final designs that include observational drawings, photography, colourful watercolours, and digital illustrations. Her latest project on display at New Designers (Heraldic Beasts) mixes the influence of culture and nature, with a dynamic and colourful display showcasing her talent in creating beautiful , visually striking images that explore texture, design, practicality and sustainability.

Rowenna has a particular interest in using experimental techniques to bring added impact into her work, using a combination of traditional crafts and modern up to date techniques to give her designs a distinctive and unique look.

Rowenna would be delighted to collaborate with other designers and like professionals to continue exploring and bring a fresh outlook to the journey she is on in the exciting world of textile and interior design.
